• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm
• 2 - 4 patients per hour -- walk-ins accepted and expected
• Primary care family medicine clinic
• All-ages practice -- pediatrics through geriatrics (no infants)
• Experience in family medicine required -- new grad PAs considered
• Skills: wellness exams, chronic care, women's health, IUDs, ADHD
• Hospital privileges required
• Mental health visits not assigned to this provider
