Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois state license to practice physical therapy is required to start the position.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Flexibility with scheduling to meet a flexible schedule requirement.
