Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic floor patient populations

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Patient mix includes 60% ortho, 25% neuro, and 15% pelvic floor
• Expected volume is 60 visits per week
