Full Time
Hours:Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Average Patients seen: 11-15
Sign-On Bonus
Compensation: - Base salary plus bonuses with earning potential up to $300,000- Provider incentive bonus is performance based not RBU or fee for service
