Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our client-serving facilities safe, reliable, and welcoming. In this field-based role, you’ll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work. You’ll complete and document work orders, conduct routine inspections, address safety issues, and support minor remodels and room setups. Working within a faith-inspired, trauma-informed, and inclusive culture, you’ll collaborate with staff to minimize service disruptions and ensure environments support high-quality client care.
