Full job description

Signature HealthCARE seeks a Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered nursing care in our long-term care and post-acute communities. The LPN will deliver compassionate bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident status, and accurately document in EMR systems. Working within an interdisciplinary, faith-based team, you’ll support admissions, discharges, and care planning while mentoring CNAs and promoting dignity, safety, and comfort.
