Responsibilities

• Complete Oxford's comprehensive onboarding and sales training program
• Partner with experienced Senior Account Managers and receive ongoing mentorship and coaching
• Learn Oxford's sales methodology and business development process
• Prospect and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Schedule and participate in client meetings, both virtually and in person
• Generate new business opportunities and job listings
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
• Develop the skills and confidence necessary to successfully transition into an Account Manager role
• Meet or exceed established activity and performance
• Travel regularly to client offices
• Handle related administrative tasks and data entry as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred
• 1+ year of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage all levels of an organization
• Energetic, creative self-starter with a track record of exceeding goals
• Strong multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
• Reliable attendance and availability to work hours as needed
