Position Overview:
A well-established family dental practice in Virginia is seeking a General Dentist to join their team. This is a community-focused office providing care to both adults and children, with a strong support system and modern technology. Locum coverage is also available while the practice secures a permanent provider.
Practice Details:
- Patient Mix: 75% adults / 25% pediatric
- Daily Volume: 30 patients per day
- Setting: Single-doctor, family-oriented practice
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Clinical Scope:
- Bread-and-butter general dentistry, including:
- Root canals
- Bridges and restorative procedures
- Extractions
- Implants
- Opportunity to expand surgical procedures in-house (currently some surgical extractions are referred out)
Technology & Equipment:
- CBCT imaging available
- Digital workflow with Denticon software, sensors, and scanners
Support & Environment:
- Dedicated hygienists and dental assistants

Patient Population & Insurance:
- Serves both adults and children
- Insurance mix: 55% Medicaid / 45% PPO
- Medicaid Provider ID required

- General Dentist comfortable treating both adults and pediatric patients
- Experience with a wide range of general procedures

- Ability to manage a steady patient volume efficiently
