Correctional Licensed Practical Nurse

Southern Health Partners Inc is seeking a Full-Time LPN to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to incarcerated individuals in a correctional facility setting. In this days-only role, you’ll perform assessments, administer medications, support chronic disease management, and respond to urgent needs while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and correctional staff, contribute to care planning, and educate patients on health management.
