Description -
We are looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist with strong critical/principles thinking, strong AI and analytical capabilities, ability to break complex business problems into clear, structured, and solvable components, and an action-oriented mindset. You will help define and influence the execution of HP’s GTM strategy, shaping what we sell, how we sell, where we sell, and to whom we sell.
This is an ideal role for candidates who thrive in fast moving environments, want to make a tangible global impact, and enjoy using data, AI, and innovative thinking to drive ambitious commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do
Develop and refine GTM strategies to deliver on HP’s growth ambitions, including market segmentation, opportunity identification, sizing and prioritization, and 4P3C insights.
Influence and drive cross functional global initiatives across sales, product, marketing, category, and finance teams.
Conduct market and competitive analysis, financial modeling, and KPI development and tracking.
Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights using tools like AI powered agents, SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
Build compelling, data-driven narratives and plans for senior leadership / peer functions to drive outcomes.
Break down big opportunities / challenges into structured workstreams and drive execution / influence independently.
What You Bring
4–7 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Consulting, Product Management, or Commercial roles.
Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to synthesize data quickly.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts without formal authority.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
A proactive, scrappy, outcome- and ownership-driven mindset (find ways, move fast and get it done).
Comfort leveraging AI and automation to accelerate analysis and execution.
Understanding of B2B/B2C sales cycles, hardware ecosystems, and channel/partner models (a plus).
Experience in top consulting firms, product management roles, or competitor environments (strong plus).

The base pay range for this role is $120,000 to $175,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
