*Job Title: Associate Attorney - Criminal Defense* *About Us:* *We’re* *looking for an attorney to service Philadelphia’s surrounding counties (i.e, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, etc.).* *Liberty Law Team* is a Philadelphia-based law firm, dedicated to providing a premium service to our clients. We are a criminal defense, post trial, and personal injury law firm with a proven track record of success. *We pride ourselves on our commitment to justice, vigorous advocacy, and superior client service.* Our rapidly-growing law practice is looking to add an Associate Attorney to our dynamic team. We will provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role in our tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. *Responsibilities:* * Represent clients in court, motions, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
* Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research.
* Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and judicial officers.
* Participate in firm growth and business development activities. *Qualifications:* * J.D. from an accredited law school.
* Active membership and good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar
* Minimum of 1 year of as a practicing attorney.
* Reliable Transportation
* Proven experience in *criminal law.*
* Exceptional litigation skills with the ability to manage a high caseload.
* Excellent court presence and professional demeanor.
* Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
