Location: Franklin, TN 37064 Schedule: 40 guaranteed hrs/wk, M-F, flexible evenings/weekends with notice. Start Aug/Sept. Children: Girls, 11, 15, 17 Duties: School pickup, activity transport, laundry, tidying, inventory/grocery shopping, kids' rooms, vendor oversight, errands, organization projects. Housekeeper covers deep cleaning. Ideal fit: Proactive, collaborative, great with teens. Requirements: 3+ yrs experience, teen experience, clean background, valid license, CPR/First Aid, swimmer, non-smoker. Pets: 2 large, 4 small dogs, farm animals. Driving: Required, vehicle provided. Comp: $35-40+/hr, taxed, guaranteed hours, paid vacation/sick/holidays, negotiable health stipend.
