Established in 2003 in Muncie, First Choice Physical Therapy opened its second location in New Castle in 2006.  We believe in placing the well-being of our patients first and we accomplish this through carefully selecting compassionate, dedicated, and team-oriented staff.  Our personalized approach ensures patient comprehension and will enhance proper treatment progression to secure the best outcome for our patients.  First Choice Physical Therapy takes pride in the level of personal and compassionate care that is delivered, emphasizing a ‘hands on’ approach to rehabilitation and exercise.
