Pharmacist Production

As a Pharmacist Production at MedStar Health, you will ensure safe, accurate, and timely preparation and verification of medications for hospital patients across a large regional health system. You will oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding, IV admixture production, and use of automated dispensing and batch production systems to support high-volume clinical services. Partnering closely with nurses, physicians, and pharmacy technicians, you will review orders, resolve therapeutic and safety issues, and uphold all regulatory, USP, and hospital standards. You will also support quality improvement, train staff, and contribute to a patient-first, mission-driven culture focused on clinical excellence and community care.
