Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2080 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: AMN Program - Allegheny Health Network (AHN) and no current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Allegheny Health Network (AHN).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Unit Details: Provides assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory disorders under licensed medical direction. Administers therapeutic respiratory care procedures and performs diagnostic respiratory procedures according to hospital and department policies. Completes required documentation, including charting, billing, IPOC, and patient/family education. Provides instruction to patients and other members of the healthcare team as needed.

Shift & Scheduling: 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p or 7p-7a. Includes some nights; nights are 1 week out of every 6. Weekend shifts required. No call.

6 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
