A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated RN who is committed to delivering exceptional resident care while supporting and mentoring clinical staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision for an assigned nursing unit.

  • Assist in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.

  • Mentor and support nursing staff through clinical guidance and professional development.

  • Maintain high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

  • Review resident records to ensure quality and accuracy of documentation.

  • Monitor resident care and evaluate individual cases to promote positive outcomes.

  • Address resident and family questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and nursing leadership to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience preferred.

  • At least 2 years of Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong computer and documentation skills.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
