Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

13-week assignment 36 scheduled hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked Patient population includes a wide range of patients Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week Expected patient volume is 12-14 patients per day Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
