In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver specialized wound care for diverse patient populations, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive wound assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, administering advanced dressings and therapies, monitoring healing progress, educating patients and families, and documenting in the EMR.
