We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controls Manager to oversee and optimize project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management for large-scale construction projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing project controls for complex construction environments.
Primary responsibilities:
- Capable of participating in negotiations.
- Lead the project controls function on a medium to large project.
- Mentor and train high potential employees.
- Conducts root cause analysis.
- Drafts comprehensive project procedures.
- Reviews performance trends, prepares analysis and cost impact and monthly project performance reports, and recommends contractor invoices for approval.
- Evaluates manpower, labor hour, and labor cost requirements versus budget limitations.
- • Assists the Project Manager in budgeting and managing incentive programs.

Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS Business/Finance/Construction management and 10 years of relevant construction management experience with 2 years of leadership or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of expereince in the field of construction management.
- Experience in CMAR.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with EVM, risk assessment, and forecasting.
- Strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $50M.
- This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.

- Position will be hybrid with the preferred location of Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ
