We’re partnered with a rapidly growing commercial flooring contractor that’s expanding its footprint in DFW. They’re looking to bring on a strong GM to help assist in leading that growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll be overseeing field operations, managing superintendents and installation teams, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly from kickoff through completion.

GM - Commercial Flooring Responsibilities
- Leading day-to-day field operations across multiple commercial and multifamily projects
- Managing and supporting superintendents and installation crews
- Partnering closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinating labor, materials, and schedules across jobs
- Proactively identifying and solving issues before they impact the client
- Serving as a key point of contact between the field, internal teams, and customers
GM - Commercial Flooring Qualifications
- 5+ years in an operations or field leadership role within NEW construction flooring
- Experience overseeing multiple large-scale projects ($500K+ preferred)
- Background in commercial, healthcare, education, & multifamily projects
- Proven ability to manage teams (superintendents/crews) and keep jobs on track
- Strong communication skills—both client-facing and internal
- Someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Ideal candidate is already based in the DFW area
GM - Commercial Flooring Comp package
