Surgical Stepdown Registered Nurse

Mercy is seeking a part-time RN for our Surgical Stepdown unit on night shift. In this role, you’ll provide high-acuity post-surgical care, closely monitoring patients, managing complex IV therapies, pain control, and post-op complications. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safe transitions of care.
