Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitative care in our inpatient and home-based settings. You will assess patients’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence in activities of daily living. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehab teams, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to discharge planning.
