Physical Therapist Float

MedStar Health seeks a Physical Therapist Float to provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services across multiple inpatient and outpatient locations in the Maryland–Washington, DC region. The Float PT will evaluate and treat diverse patient populations, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize functional outcomes. Responsibilities include documenting care in the EMR, educating patients and families, supporting safe discharge planning, and adapting quickly to different units and settings.
