What's In It For You?

• Performance-based pay on top of your hourly rate

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, engine, and suspension concerns
• Complete bumper-to-bumper vehicle inspections
• Accurately document findings and recommendations using DVI
• Perform maintenance and major mechanical repairs
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding repair needs
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and efficiency
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Deliver repairs that exceed customer expectations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of current or recent automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with domestic, Asian, and light European vehicles preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• ASE Certifications are a plus
• Experience in either an independent repair shop or dealership
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (random testing program)
