Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active New York state Physical Therapist license
• Master‘s degree

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per month
• On Call Requirement: No on call
• Coverage Area: Kingston and areas south of Kingston in Ulster County
