Clinic Director Licensed Physical Therapist

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a Clinic Director Licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient physical therapy clinic. In this role, you will balance hands-on patient care with full oversight of daily clinic operations. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing evidence-based treatment plans, supervising and mentoring clinical staff, managing schedules and productivity, and ensuring regulatory and payer compliance. You will collaborate with referring providers and internal teams, drive quality and patient satisfaction, and contribute to a supportive, mission-driven, and growth-oriented culture.
