Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – $36-$42/hour | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time)
Registered Nurse (RN) – $40-$52/hour
Positions Available: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem
Shifts: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am
Qualifications:
Massachusetts License (Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse)
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, resident-focused attitude
Position Overview:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct personal care to residents, monitors health and vitals, administers medications, and maintains accurate documentation. The Licensed Practical Nurse collaborates with Registered Nurses and Unit Managers to ensure residents’ care plans are properly executed.
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, observes and monitors resident health, administers treatments, and consults with Unit Managers and the Director of Nursing regarding clinical needs. The Registered Nurse ensures all care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
Administer medications, IVs, wound care, and other treatments as needed
Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident-centered care
Mentor and support Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, and CNAs
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Participate in care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
