Mercy seeks a compassionate RN Hospice nurse to provide holistic end-of-life care to patients in their homes and facilities. In this full-time day role with every-other-weekend rotation, you’ll manage pain and symptoms, administer medications, perform assessments, and coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll educate and support patients and families, ensure accurate EMR documentation, and collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, and chaplains.
