Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable facilities across our healthcare and housing programs. In this field-based role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs, and respond to work orders to keep client and staff spaces functional and comfortable. You’ll conduct inspections, support life-safety systems, coordinate vendors, and document all work.
