Job Description:

The Opportunity: As the Sierra Graphic Design Co-op at TJX, the umbrella company to T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, and Sierra, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience as a member of our internal team designing materials within the print and digital spaces for Sierra.

Sierra loves being active and outside. But "active and outside" doesn't always have to mean outdoors. Our brand welcomes everyone ? no matter what they do or how well they do it. The Team
/ Work as part of a fun, tight-knit brand marketing team with all levels of talent: Creative Director, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters
/ Attend collaborative meetings that will allow you further exposure with creative services and marketing partners
/ Present your work to brand team partners and brand executives

The Opportunity
The Sierra Creative Team is looking for a designer to help build our fun, friendly brand. Whether you're designing a series of emails or concepting Instagram stories, we're looking for a self-starting designer who thrives in a nimble, fast paced environment. Day-to-day responsibilities could include:
/ Designing emails, social posts and print signage for Sierra.com
/ Concepting, designing, and presenting campaigns
/ Leveraging your creative point of view to help build Sierra's brand
/ Brainstorming new ways to bring our brand to life with the creative team
/ Networking with marketing professionals and co-ops across the brands to build business relationships and learn more about TJX's unique business model

Who We Are Looking For:
A successful Sierra co-op thinks outside the box. As one of the smallest creative teams at TJX, we're looking for a designer who is eager to champion our brand guidelines, and won't hesitate to suggest a better way to get things done. A great sense of humor and a passion for processes will go a long way on our brand.
/ Sincere interest in graphic design, marketing, and being outside
/ Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
/ Self-starter who thrives under constructive criticism and design solutions that are smart and strategic
/ Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
/ Effective verbal and written communication skills
/ Background in creating social media content/video production/photography
/ An online portfolio with relevant work examples

This position has a starting pay range of $24 to $25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
