Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical events. In this onsite role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide patients in ADL and functional mobility training to restore independence and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes in the EMR, educate patients and families, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, compassion, and continuous professional growth.
