Trusted is seeking an experienced allied health professional for this exciting travel assignment. Experience:
• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
• AS completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ProHealth Care.

Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Ideal candidate is someone comfortable and competent in the OR and with fluoroscopy, along with general x-ray.
Required Credentials: Associate’s Degree or Certificate
Unit/Facility Details: Cases: General surgery and ortho
Shift & Scheduling: Mix of 8 and 12 hour shifts, 1 twelve hour shift and 3 eight hour shifts per week; The 12 hour shifts are 8am-830pm, the 8 hour shifts are 630am-3pm, 730am-4pm, or 12pm-830pm. On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Floating Requirements: Rotate between Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago Hospital
19 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
