CarePartners is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, patient and family education, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
