NOW HIRING - Technical Support Specialist - Honeywell - Salem, OR
Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Salem, OR (Fully On-site)
Pay Range: $17/hr
What’s the Job?
- Provide technical support assistance for electronic lockboxes, access keys and listings
- Multi-task tools and screens to perform technical support assistance via telephone in an efficient and effective manner
- Follow call-handling procedures to ensure uniform support within the guidelines of the department.
What’s Needed?
- High school diploma or GED
- Drug test and background check required
- Must have open availability - 5am to 7pm and able to work weekends on-site
- Technical Support Experience (Preferably in a call center environment)
