Position Requirements:
- DEA with prescriptive authority
- FNP or AGNP credentials with AZ license eligibility
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in primary care or geriatric medicine
- " Comfortable with a primarily adult patient panel
- Collaborative, patient-focused, and friendly team player
