- Get paid to get started. Earn a $5,000 hiring bonus paid out monthly, plus $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch, giving you extra cash right from the start.*
- Specialized pay for specialized freight. Earn additional pay for stops, load securement, tarping, over-dimensional loads, and loaded border crossings into Canada for drivers who choose to run there.*
- Home time you can count on. Run out 7-10 days at a time based on location, with planned time home to recharge.
