We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-K Teacher to join our team at our West Peabody, Massachusetts childcare and preschool center. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who is committed to early childhood education, school readiness, and helping children develop the academic, social, and emotional skills they need to thrive in kindergarten and beyond.

What You'll Do
As a Pre-K Teacher, you'll lead a preschool classroom focused on kindergarten readiness, social-emotional development, and hands-on learning through play.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
- Previous experience working in a preschool, Pre-K, daycare, childcare center, or early childhood education setting preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Experience planning and implementing classroom curriculum and learning activities
- Strong classroom management and positive behavior guidance skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach to teaching
- Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting on the floor, bending, lifting, and participating in indoor and outdoor activities
