CenterWell Home Health is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, in-home therapy for seniors and adults with chronic conditions. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve safety, independence, and daily function at home.
