LifeStance Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in a patient-centered, mission-driven setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive psychosocial assessments, DSM-5 diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based therapies in-person and via telehealth. Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians, coordinate care with community resources, maintain timely EHR documentation, and participate in case consultation.
