Supervisor-Nurse RN

Encompass Health seeks a Supervisor-Nurse RN to lead clinical care on our inpatient rehabilitation unit. You will oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate patient care plans, and support an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based rehab services. Key duties include supervising and mentoring nursing staff, managing patient assignments, monitoring quality and compliance, supporting discharge planning, and educating patients and families. You’ll work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with access to specialty training, leadership development, and clear paths for career growth.
