How you'll make an impact

  • Managing the day-to-day service for large and complex client accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients at all levels, including senior buyers
  • Working with internal teams and specialists to meet client risk and capital management needs
  • Protecting and growing existing business through excellent service and proactive account management
  • Identifying opportunities to offer additional services and coverage levels
  • Working to retention targets across your portfolio of accounts
  • Preparing and negotiating fee-based pricing in a way that supports both client value and account profitability
  • Making sure the scope of service matches the cost and commercial goals of the client agreement

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience OR High School degree and 10 years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM. Minimum 1 year experience with A.J. Gallagher is preferred.

Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues.
