What You’ll Do

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout assigned Williamsport communities
  • Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners
  • Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery
  • Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop
  • Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards
