The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Business Systems Operations Analyst to support the systems, tools, and processes used by our Business Development (BD) and BD Operations organizations. This role will provide day-to-day operational support for core business systems, helping ensure users receive timely support and systems and data remain accurate, reliable, and well maintained.
Working closely with the Business Systems team and system product owners, the Analyst will independently manage day-to-day user requests and operational activities, troubleshoot issues, perform system administration and data maintenance, support testing and releases, and maintain system documentation. The role will serve as a key point of contact for system users, resolving issues within established processes and appropriately escalating complex issues or those requiring product-owner decisions.
This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional interested in developing expertise in enterprise business systems and operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with multiple concurrent requests and priorities while identifying opportunities to improve processes and the user experience.


Responsibilities:
 Provide day-to-day operational support for Salesforce, SCORE, and other Business Development systems and tools
 Own the intake, triage, tracking, and resolution of user requests and system issues, escalating complex or technical issues to system owners or development partners as appropriate
 Perform routine system administration, user maintenance, access support, data updates, and other recurring operational activities
 Monitor and support data quality through audits, exception reporting, data corrections, and coordination with users and system owners
 Support system releases and enhancements through testing, data validation, issue tracking, and user acceptance activities
 Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, user guides, FAQs, knowledge articles, and other support materials
• Assist users with system functionality, processes, and reporting and provide individual or small-group training as needed
 Execute recurring system processes, audits, reports, and operational activities according to established schedules and procedures
 Coordinate with Business Systems Analysts, developers, reporting teams, and other partners to resolve issues and complete system-related requests
 Identify recurring issues, user pain points, and opportunities for process or system improvement and provide recommendations to system owners
 Support special projects, system enhancements, data cleanup efforts, and other Business Systems initiatives as needed


Qualifications:

Required: 
 2+ years of experience supporting business systems, applications, operations, data, or related functions
 Hands-on experience supporting CRM platforms Salesforce, Dynamics or similar) and AI tools, including user administration, data maintenance, reporting, or troubleshooting
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues and determine when escalation is appropriate
 Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with users at varying levels of technical proficiency
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
 Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly

 Experience with ticketing, request management, or user support processes
 Experience with data quality, data validation, audits, or system administration

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$72,700 - $149,200
