Urology Physician

Are you looking for a urology opportunity that combines the feel of community and private practice structure with access to the resources of a leading academic environment? A well-established physician network in Western New York is seeking a Urologist to join its team and step into a practice with an existing patient base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to remain clinically focused while maintaining access to academic resources and optional teaching and research involvement. The position offers an attractive balance of practice stability, professional flexibility, and long-term growth.
Opportunity Highlights
* Join an established team of urologists in a blended community/private practice model
* Step into an existing patient panel, allowing the incoming physician to quickly build a productive practice
* Manage a broad range of general urologic conditions, including kidney stones, prostate conditions, incontinence, UTIs, bladder and kidney cancers, and male fertility concerns
* Perform a variety of in-office procedures and services, including cystoscopy, urodynamics, prostate and bladder biopsies, ultrasound imaging, uroflow testing, Botox bladder treatments, and testosterone injections
* See approximately 15-18 patients per day, with flexibility for physicians interested in a higher-volume practice
* Receive access to extensive academic resources while maintaining a primarily clinical practice
* Pursue optional teaching and student engagement, with potential pathways toward hospital privileges, credentialing, and an academic appointment
* Receive a $25,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance to support your transition to Western New York
