Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of pelvic floor conditions. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide outstanding patient care.
