Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working under an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based therapeutic activities, ADL training, and functional mobility interventions to help patients regain independence. You will document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with nursing and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
