Mohawk Valley Health System seeks a Specialty LPN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform treatments and procedures within LPN scope, and support specialty providers in clinics or hospital-based units. You will monitor patient status, document accurately in the EMR, and educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
