Schedule:

Full-time position with on-call responsibilities every 3rd or 4th weekend (Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM). Required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
Highlights:
State-of-the-art facility with 4 IR rooms featuring 2 single plane and 2 biplane Siemens c-arms
Level 1 Trauma Center experience with comprehensive vascular and neuro interventional procedures
Two-tech team model with dedicated scrub and circulating responsibilities
Diverse case mix including angiograms, embolizations, thrombectomy, stent placements, nephrostomy, IVC filters, and central line insertions
Proficiency required in both peripheral vascular IR and neuro vascular IR procedures
Cerner EMR system experience required
Requirements:
Active Indiana state license (must be in hand prior to start date)
ARRT (R) certification required
BLS certification required
Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
Proficiency in scrubbing both peripheral and neuro cases: stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephrograms, peripherals, drainages, upper and lower extremity, abdominal and pelvic procedures, vascular studies, venous access, and neurological studies
Experience with Siemens single plane systems (Pheno and Zeego) and GE Elite portable C-arm required
Two supervisor references required
First-time travelers accepted
