Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and reconciliations
• Create and process invoices in QuickBooks, ensuring billing accuracy
• Tie payments to invoices, track expenses, and support collections
• Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (or related field)
• 2+ years of general accounting experience — e-commerce or inventory a plus
• Working knowledge of GAAP, QuickBooks, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Organized, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
