The home care Home Health Aide provides aide services through home visits to patients served by Mercy Home Health under the direction of a registered nurse. The coworker must drive to patient homes, follow the patients plan of care, keep supervisor informed of activities and attend meetings and educational programs as requested or required. The Home Health Aide must document patient information in the medical record for care provided. Completes other duties as assigned. Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Qualifications:
Education
High school diploma or GED, preferred
Licensure: Valid driver's license
Certifications
Certified Nursing Assistant and/or completion of the Mercy-approved Patient Care Tech Program. CPR certification required but can be obtained after hire
Experience
Experience in a homecare or nursing facility, preferred
